All notions of what he is not:
Not the mind,
Not the body,
Not the senses,
He knows that he knows these
But is not them.
His is a life of ease.
No longer habitual,
No longer mechanical,
Remembering only
What needs to be remembered;
Doing only
What needs to be done,
Spontaneously, in every moment.
